1. E-commerce Product Manager

Type: Full-time
Role Summary: Oversee product listings, pricing, supplier communication, and category strategy. You’ll drive product performance and help shape our digital catalog.

Requirements:

• Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities

2. Customer Experience Specialist

Type: Full-time or Part-time
Role Summary: Provide top-tier support to customers via email, chat, and phone. Resolve inquiries, process returns, and represent our brand with warmth and professionalism.

Requirements:

• Prior customer support experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Tech-savvy and solution-focused

3. Content Creator / Social Media Assistant

Type: Part-time / Freelance
Role Summary: Help grow our brand on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. You’ll create product reels, trend-based posts, and help manage influencer collaborations.

Requirements:

• Social media content creation experience
• Basic photo/video editing skills
• Knowledge of current online trends

4. Web & Graphic Designer

Type: Contract / Project-based
Role Summary: Design banners, landing pages, product graphics, and visual content for marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar
• E-commerce or brand design experience a plus
